The Academy is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all athletes. This Code of Conduct applies to players, parents/guardians, and spectators.

A. Player Expectations
Athletes must:

Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials

Arrive on time and ready to train

Use equipment responsibly

Follow safety rules and instructions

Maintain good sportsmanship—no bullying, teasing, or aggressive behavior

Keep the training space clean

Repeated misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the program.

B. Parent/Guardian Expectations
Parents agree to:

Encourage their child positively

Respect coaches’ decisions and training methods

Avoid coaching from the sidelines

Communicate concerns privately and respectfully

Ensure timely drop‑off and pick‑up

Support a safe, inclusive environment

Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the facility.

C. Academy Responsibilities
The Academy will:

Provide a safe and structured training environment

Treat all athletes fairly

Communicate schedules and updates clearly

Address concerns promptly

Promote respect, discipline, and sportsmanship

D. Zero‑Tolerance Policies
The Academy does not tolerate:

Bullying or harassment

Violence or threats

Discrimination of any kind

Destruction of property

Use of drugs, alcohol, or inappropriate behavior on premises

Violations may result in immediate dismissal.

E. Agreement
Participation in Academy programs signifies acceptance of this Code of Conduct by both the athlete and Parent/Guardian.
