Refund & Cancellation
Policy

The Bahamas Youth Table Tennis Academy aims to provide fair and transparent guidelines for refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes.

1. Program Fees
All fees for training sessions, camps, and events must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise arranged.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Before program start: Full refund minus processing fees.

After program begins: Prorated refunds may be considered only for documented medical reasons.

No‑show or voluntary withdrawal: No refund.

3. Academy‑Initiated Cancellations
If the Academy cancels a session, class, or event due to:

Weather

Facility issues

Coach unavailability

Safety concerns

We will offer:

A makeup session, or

A credit toward future programs

Refunds may be issued if no alternative is available.

4. Missed Sessions
Missed sessions by the athlete (vacation, schedule conflicts, etc.) are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

5. Special Circumstances
Requests for exceptions may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
