The Bahamas Youth Table Tennis Academy may capture photos and videos during training sessions, events, and competitions. This policy explains how media may be used.

1. Purpose of Photos & Videos
Media may be used for:

Academy website content

Social media posts

Promotional materials

Athlete development (e.g., technique review)

Event documentation

2. Consent
By registering a child, the Parent/Guardian grants permission for the Academy to:

Photograph and record the child

Use their image, voice, or likeness in Academy‑related materials

No compensation will be provided for the use of such media.

3. Privacy Considerations
The Academy will:

Never share a child’s full name without permission

Never sell or distribute images to third parties

Use media responsibly and respectfully

4. Opt‑Out Option
Parents may opt out of public media use by submitting a written request.
Even with an opt‑out, the Academy may still capture images for:

Internal training purposes

Safety documentation

These will not be shared publicly.

5. Revoking Consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Academy in writing.
Withdrawal does not apply to materials already published.
