This handbook provides expectations, communication guidelines, and general policies for families participating in Academy programs.
1. Communication
The Academy communicates through:
WhatsApp groups (if applicable)
Website updates
In‑person announcements
Parents are responsible for staying updated.
2. Attendance
Consistent attendance supports athlete development.
Parents should notify the Academy of absences in advance when possible.
3. Dress Code
Athletes must wear:
Athletic clothing
Non‑marking sneakers
Hair secured away from the face
Optional but encouraged:
Academy T‑shirt
Personal racket
4. Equipment Care
Athletes must:
Treat tables, nets, and paddles with respect
Avoid leaning or sitting on tables
Return equipment to designated areas
5. Behavior Expectations
The Academy promotes:
Respect
Discipline
Sportsmanship
Team spirit
Bullying, disrespect, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Parent Involvement
Parents are welcome to observe but must:
Avoid coaching from the sidelines
Maintain a positive environment
Respect facility rules
7. Transportation
Parents are responsible for:
Timely drop‑off and pick‑up
Ensuring their child is safely escorted to and from the facility
The Academy is not responsible for children outside scheduled program times.
8. Personal Belongings
The Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Athletes should bring only what they need.
